What we collect
This website has no accounts or logins. We receive personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form, your name, email, phone number (optional) and message are placed in an email to kmgtassn@gmail.com. The form does not store anything on this website.
- Membership and event forms. Details you enter in our membership form or event registrations are collected through those forms and, where payment is involved, through your bank.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting may record standard visit details such as browser type, device and the pages requested.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To process your membership or event registration and keep you informed about it.
- To share KMA events and updates with members and participants.
- To keep the website secure and working well.
Third-party services
Some parts of this site rely on services run by others. The contact page shows a Google Map, and the membership application opens in a Google Form. These services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read them. Links to other websites are also outside our control.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive details such as card or banking passwords by email.
Your choices
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Write to kmgtassn@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can, in line with applicable Indian law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
